  • All garments and outfits made at Jumpsuit City's sewing studio & clothing store are passionately sewn by hand and sewing machine in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
  • All kids clothing, women and men's clothing have custom finished hems and seams inside.
  • Fabric availability is subject to change at anytime. When items are sewn, the fabric is available at that time but as time passes the fabric supplier may be out of the fabric. We will let you know as soon as we confirm your order and the availability of fabric on made to order items. We will always provide you with the next available choice or a similar substitute.
  • Fabric care - We sew with a variety of fabrics. Most of the kids clothes are made from 100% cotton. Natural fibers such as cotton may slightly shrink when washed so we recommend fabric manufacturers' instructions to clean with care, gentle wash in cold by machine or hand, tumble dry low, and cool iron; Or dry clean.
  • Please keep in mind each person's body structure, size, and measurements are different. Each item sewn is unique and will have a variation and not any two pieces of clothing or fabric will be identical.
  • Fashion jewelry and accessories: Our collection of kids jewelry and accessories are not made in our shop. All jewelry and accessories are purchased wholesale from worldwide suppliers and sold in our store. We do not guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry and accessories.
  • SALES & PROMOTIONS: Only one promo coupon is allowed per order.


Inventory items ship out in 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items, please allow up to 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order to be made and shipped out. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.

We offer FREE local delivery in the Tampa Bay area and shipping in the U.S. is always FREE via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Please note additional shipping costs may apply and must be paid by the buyer for multiple items to be shipped at once.

International shipping costs will vary depending on shipping location and buyer is responsible for international shipping and custom fees.


We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


We respect our customers' privacy and do not share email, personal, or private information with any third party. Please note online payment processing is handled confidently through the credit/debit processing company, Stripe.
